They were efficient in getting the property listed where it mattered and had a number of viewings arranged very quickly. And they found us a tenant who moved in just hours after the existing tenant moved out. We own a number of properties and have done for many years - but this was the first time a new tenant had moved in so quickly. From a buy-to-let business point of view, continuity is essential - you cannot have an empty property.Craig and Simon were professional and friendly, and were happy to answer any queries... we had. They came back again at another convienent time to take the pictures which were of very high standard, and they let me approve each one to make sure I was happy. They gave me a brief overview of their company, and what they can offer. I showed them around the house and was really impressed with their enthusiasm and they genuinely seemed interested in my property. I agreed for them to take the photos and do the floor plans before i signed up to them to which they did and again was really impressed with how professional the photos where. Needless to say we were happy with the price, service and package they were... offering and will be using them within the next 3-4 months when I put my property on the market.read moreSee All Reviews
